APNI Welcomes Dr. Kwame Agyei Frimpong as Senior Scientist in West Africa

Prof. Kwame Agyei Frimpong brings over 20 years of experience in soil fertility, plant nutrition, and community development across continents. As an Associate Professor at the University of Cape Coast and the former president of the African Association for Precision Agriculture, he has led various international projects, focusing on sustainable agriculture and climate change adaptation.

Prof. Frimpong’s expertise spans NPK management, biochar co-composting, and sustainable agricultural intensification. He has supervised numerous students, contributed to policy reports, and presented at global conferences. Kwame’s primary responsibilities are for the West African region and he is based in Ghana.
