Amal holds a B.Sc. in Human Resources Development and is currently pursuing her M.Sc. in Human Resources Development, both at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane. Prior to joining APNI, Amal occupied the position of Employers Relations Manager at Al Akhawayn University and previously worked as WorkLife Programs Specialist for NA region at IBM. With a strong passion for HR, Amal thrives in enhancing employee experience by creating inclusive, engaging, and supportive workplace environments that empower individuals to perform at their best.
