Brayan Valencia is an agricultural engineer with 12 years of applied research in GIS, remote sensing, and climate modeling for agriculture and water resources. Brayan holds an M.Sc. in Hydrometeorology from Kazan Federal University in Russia. Since 2023, he has worked with the African Plant Nutrition Institute, first as a consultant and now as a geospatial analyst on projects across Africa. His work integrates remote sensing, big data in R and the 4R Nutrient Stewardship principles, advancing precision agriculture and climate adaptation.
