New Soybean Cropping Guide Provides 4R Nutrient Management and Best Agronomic Practices for Northern Ghana
Through the support of the implementing partners of the 4R Solutions Project (Fertilizer Canada, Co-operative Development Foundation of Canada, Global Affairs Canada, and Plant Nutrition Canada), APNI has jointly published this guide along with the CSIR – Savanna Agricultural Research Institute (SARI).
This practical soybean agronomic field guide steps through a set of site-specific guidelines for the northern Ghana region on land preparation, seed selection and seeding rate, biological N fixation, inoculation, planting, fertilizer application, maize crop management, maize harvesting and storage, and maize nutrient deficiencies.
